NEED
Worked with a team to promote “Unite,” an arena event for 15,000 people. In order to fund the event, the client needed something to give potential sponsors during meetings with them. They requested something that would describe the separate parts of the event that could be sponsored, along with what kind of promotion the sponsor would receive in return.
CONCEPT
I suggested adding demographic information so that potential sponsors would understand the audience that would be exposed to their name/brand through event sponsorship. I wrote the copy for this sponsorship information sheet and worked with a designer to put it together.
